How do I change my license?

I want to be legal, removed the vbull and vbseo from site A
Need to know how to get the info transferred to site B and make VBSEO legal, already made the change to Vbulletin

Your license must be active, and you will need to open a support ticket with the new URL. We will check to make sure all traces of vBSEO have been removed from your previous license, and will update it to the new URL.

I submitted a ticket about 30 mins or so ago
license is valid
