    How do I add the Google Analytics Code?

    If I go into Google analytics, and request the code to add to my site I get a long string.

    VBSEO says it needs the code in UA-9999-1 - I have no idea what this is.

    I have tried cutting and pasting the long string code given to me by google, however when I save this in VBSEO it replaces it with one word and it doesn't work.

    Any suggestions?

    In the Analytics code, you should see letters/numbers in the format similar to UA-9999-1 but it will be your unique number.

    That's all you need to enter into the field in vbseocp.php. vBSEO will handle the rest.

    it should work fine after that. Just check your Analytics reports after a while to make sure that statistics is collected.
