How to disable vBseo "I like it" summary for mobile style only

    Hi all;
the "I like it" summary (don't know what's the real name of it) is causing some visualization problems with the vBulletin default style has you can see from this picture:

    schermata-01-2455942-alle-23.53.39.jpg

has you can see it causes a blank space to appear on the right of the posts thus pushing the rest of the stuff to the left. Now, it would not be such an issue on a computer (where the above picture is taken from) but it is on a smartphone…

Now, how can I disable this functionality for the mobile style only?

You can try with this page if you want

    Thank you!

You may be able to edit the plugin code to use an if $styleid != xmobilestyleid conditional wrapped, but this is untested.

What do you mean with that? How comes nobody noticed that yet for the mobile style? It makes my forum unreadable…

This is the first i hear of it. It very well may be your style/customizations.

In the vb plugin and product manager, find the vbseo_likes plugins and wrap them in the styleid conditions so they don't run under X style.

    I do not have any vbseo_like_something plugin…

Anyway, if you load this very page using the mobile style you'll see you have the same issue.

I get the same thing on my forum. If there are likes then it blocks a whole column under it on the mobile style which is also blocking banners I have setup.

It depends on the scope of the fix. It may end up just being in the next version or two instead.

Do you mind creating a ticket and supplying login details as when i check the source code of the mobile style i believe that the issue is related to poor CSS coding of the mobile style but the issue can't be verified when you are logged out.

UPDATE: This appears to be browser specific. I have the same problem viewing the mobile theme on a PC using Safari & Internet Explorer; however, Firefox displays properly.

    I'm experiencing the same problem.

Perhaps this is device, browser or mobile theme specific?

I'm using an iPhone 3GS (ios 5.0.1), Safari, with Mobile Premium Style (v4.1.10):

EDIT: Confirmed the same problem with an iPad 1 (ios 4.3.3) & Safari.

Mert, I'm having the very same issue with this forum here (vbseo.com/f2/) so I' don't think there's any need for me to open a ticket as you could do all the tests you want with this one…
