How to Change Individual Forum Titles?

Hello,
I am having some trouble finding how to do this.

I made a message board for my website, and some of the forums are:
Road Bike
Mountain Bike
Fixed Gear

For the title tag, I wanted to change it to the following:
Road Bike Fourm
Mountain Bike Forum
Fixed Gear Forum

Is it possible to do this? Can example would be: Online Internet Marketing & Search Engine Optimization Forum and if you see the first forum called "Google", but once you click it, it reads "Google Forum".

Also, is it possible to edit each one differently?

You can add the word "Forum" to the title tag of forum display after the $bboptions vars for the title and before the pagitnation, if necessary in the template manager.
If you only want it for some forums, you will need to use <vb:if> style conditionals.
