Monitor your stats. You should look for more traffic in general. Also check the # of different keywords sending you traffic.

If you have the sitemap installed, you can monitor the search engine crawling activity.

And you can use the site:yourdomain.com query to get a sense of whether or not your pages are getting indexed.
