How Can I tell if I have VBSEO Set Up right

How can I tell if I have VBSEO set up right? I'm not sure if it is rewriting the URLS or not. I have a similar type of mod on some of my X-Cart sites and with those I can force a rewrite and see some of the changes. I installed VBSEO myself and I assume it is working. The reason I ask is that when I click on some of my CMS sections the address bar shows urls containing the original Vbulletin CMS section names such as Hobby Central - The Front Page
when my section name is hobby central not food. Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree, but I thought maybe this was a URL rewrite issue/

You can create a site critique thread within vBulletin SEO Discussion - Critique Please at vBSEO.com so staff and other members can share their opinions with you.

Regarding the CMS issue please make sure CMS rewrites are enabled within vBSEO Cp

It looks like you turned on the vb SEO features. You CANNOT use vb's seo features with vbseo.

Re-import the vbseo product file, which will re-set all these items correctly off.
