High server loads after enabling vbseo??

Right after i enabled vbseo on my forum, the server load from 0.3-0.5 rise up to 1.3-2.6!!!
Why is that happening?

edit: also, when the load is low, the page is loading so much time.
and that isnt server side problem:/

Has this server load remained the same after a few hours of installation?

What do you mean by:

You mean, when the server load is *higher*, pages load slower?

i changed the forums to be displayed f[forum_id] and the problem was gone
previously i had [forum_title]-[forum_id].

it seems better now..
