Staff has tested this in two different instances and was unable to reproduce the problem.
Perhaps you can try switching back to the *version* format, checking to see if it re-enabled, and then repeating the process. Any details you can give us on how to reproduce the error will be very helpful.
I just redid it (changed it to not show version information) and the affiliation link is functional. Not sure how it happened previously... but oh well![]()
