As it says, you need to provide the *exact* URL which you use for your Forum.
If you have your vBulletin installed in the directory named /forums/,
then yes, provide the www.domain.com/forums/ URL in that textbox.

but i already jey in www.domain.com, so is this just record in vbseo. isnt that important right? as now i have the lic key.
