Help: Non-English Characters in URLs Problem!

OK, briefly, "Replace Non-English Characters in URLs" works well with

• Forum title
• Post title
• Announcement title
• ... title

However, it seems that it works improperly with Forum path, as it replace all non-English characters with VBSEO_SPACER. Any ideas?
Vbulletin 3.7.0, Vbseo 3.1.0
