Help!!! External links showing up multiple times!

I was notified from someone and they said that my forum gives external links tons of link backs. Is this bad?

I see drynclean.com getting a ton of linkbacks from the forum

1) Is this bad?

2) If it is, then HOW can I fix it??

3) Site is no-follow

weird it changed my url into the heading.

anyways, like i mentioned it is giving drynclean.com thousands of linkbacks from my forum, is this bad? please help, i dont want to get my forum banned/deindexed!!
