Help - Error Symbol in Who's Online display

I have noticed that in my Who's Online display, an error message symbol is displayed next to some pages. This is the symbol that is displayed:

I noticed that this error symbol only appears when a search engine is viewing the page, but not when ordinary guest visitors are visiting the page. I have been trying to find out what is causing this error symbol to appear, but cannot find anything that could be restricting search engines from accessing those pages. I have checked all permissions and they all look fine. Even my robots.txt file is set to allow all search-engines full access to all pages.

The page is rendered by the vB mod 'Links & Downloads Manager', but the author of that mod 'AndrewD' has been ill in hospital so is unable to help. If anyone has any idea how to resolve this, please let me know.

    Hello,

perhaps it is conflicting with other mod on your site, but when I'm trying to open that page with googlebot's User-agent, I'm getting this:
    SparklyWater Message
    Invalid filetype specified.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I had no idea that it is possible to view a webpage as 'Google User-Agent'

I used this page to test it: View a Web Page as 'Googlebot'

I removed an If statement which uses that error message, which obviously isn't working properly with search engines. The problem seems to have gone now.

You should really submit your site for review also, with the Meta Descriptions & Keywords you have on that page.. It's kind of bordering on penalty material.
