I just wanted to ask you where did you pick-up or learn your customer service skills at? Was it from other here?

I merely sent you a PM to make an inquiry, that simple. It was short and to the point. I realize that you are backed-up at the moment and have a list, but you never know, some person on the list may have pulled out due to a number of reasons, so, that is why I made an inquiry for such reason.

To respond to me with, "Frankly, I don't even want to do business with you because you're too damn pushy", was a crude and an unacceptable response. A cool response would have been, "I'm still busy but getting closer", or something to that effect.

Right now, I just posted a long message over at the reviews ok. I am not very hapy with your product and although some of your staff has taken time to TRY and answer my questions, their answers are not very good at the moment and they are not helping my cause.

This has been dragging on for days with still no resolution. I ask you personally that you please help me, so that I can carry on with my business and stop having to worry about the way your product in performing, or should I say NOT performing.

2 days ago, I told you I have 12 people in front of you and that I won't be able to help you until early July. I do one customer a day on average. That means, you're at least 12 days out.

Getting 4 emails a day and pm's, and even a public post trying to rat me down and trying to cut in line doesn't help your cause.

Other people have been waiting for me for a month. It's not fair to them to give you a cut in line.

They've been patient. You've been pushy and blowing up my email and pm box multiple times a day.

I DO NOT work for vbseo and nor am I affiliated with them in any way other than I am a customer like you. I work for myself. And thus, I can pick who I wish to work with or for.

So, now I really will not be offering my services to you. I work with level-headed, polite customers who are likely to pay me. Find someone else.
