vbseo is not well designed for Short Duplicate meta descriptions and title tags,
speaks very well of the new version Vbseo 3.30, but it does not remove duplicate with quote

    Duplicate meta descriptions: 64

    Short meta descriptions 613

    Duplicate title tags 154

Again, these are simply WARNINGS to notify you of a possible issue. they are NOT errors and do NOT effect your rankings in any way (other than having a lack of other keywords).

If your title is 1 character, you have a 1 character title.

Duplicate title tag issues come from stuff liek member album/visitor message pagination. Frankly, you shouldn't include those useless pages in your sitemap in the first place.

I fixed your forumdisplay titles, removing the hyphen prefix. Those errors should clean up in a few days.

The poll results page, there's nothing to worry about there. It's simply showing the default meta tags on the result page, as there's no other meta data.

Again, it's ok to have some of these WARNINGS. It will never be 100% clean due to a) the way vb was coded and b) relying on humans to create these titles for their threads.
