    General Cause of Redirect Problems

    What are the general cause of redirect problems using vbseo plugin?
    For instance, www.vbseo.com/1/page1.html goes to vbseo.com/2/page4.html and etc.

    I overwrote the htaccess with the original file but the redirects still work improperly.
