Forum "subdomain" on a cPanel server, preferably with blogs subdomain(s)

My forum is running on forum.enerla.net and has vBSEO installed.
www.enerla.net is using a CMS system I no longer want to use, and would prefer to see www.enerla.net pointing to the vbulletin CMS.
And would be thankful if blogs.enerla.net would point to blogs section, and I would be even happier, if user.blogs.enerla.net would point to individual blogs.

How could I accomplish as many of these goals as possible with reasonable effort?
