    forum problems after seo install

after i installed seo i noticed a increase of strange problems members are having. I am running vb 4.0.3 p1 and the newest vbseo.

    1)
members with similar names when logged in then they go to their profile, they see another persons profile.

    2)
forums that have similar names are linking to the wrong forum when clicked.

    3)
some users are being put into awaiting authorization group for some reason

is there anyway i can reverse what changes seo did?

    thanks

    Hello,

    1) see: users with . in their names - vBulletin SEO Forums
    2) Same concept as above, you need to either re-name all duplicates (regardless of any parent) or include ID's in rewrite
    3) vbseo has nothing to do with usergroup permissions. Check that you don't have another mod or have changed your registration permissions.
