Forum has been hacked

Hi,

My forum has been hacked.

Whenever a page is not found, they are automatically forwarded to a viagra and other pill website.

Where would I need to go in vBseo to find where this redirect is happening, or is this a vB issue ?

You are using a very outdated version of vBSEO that reached EOL very long time ago. You should upgrade to latest vBSEO version asap

Thanks, yes, I'll look into that this weekend.

1 - After investigating, my htaccess file was hacked. I deleted the hacked content but I no longer have redirects for error pages, how can I regenerate the original htaccess file ?

2 - Will the new vBSeo prevent this from happening ?

3 - How can I prevent this from happening again ?

If your .htaccess file was hacked then you have very serios server issues and the issue you are facing has nothing to do with vBSEO. You need to secure your server. vBSEO .htaccess can be find within the vBSEO package you download. Please check htaccess folder for .htaccess content
