First post on every page SEO effect

I would like to ask , did the first post on every page hurt SEO results , or it will be marked as duplicate content ?
I hope to get answer to know if i move in the right way .

I would advise against this. I dont see it being too much of an SEO problem, but more so it's a user experience issue. Personally, I get very annoyed on vb.org mods having to scroll through the thing i already read every page.

After i apply this edit , first post on everypage , i start see a drop on traffic from google ? so do you advice me to return it normal again ?

I think 12 hours is far too short to conclude that this change has had any effect in your rankings as of yet. You will likely need to give it a week or so to compare data gainst.
