A few questions, maybe a bug?

For the URL Rewrite Settings under CMS Url's: When I changed CMS Section settings to "[section_title]", my forum categories and posts stopped working (everything was redirecting back to the forum via the 404 settings). I don't see why this is happening because there is no conflict between the forum categories/posts and CMS Sections because none of the names are the same?

Also what is this setting for:
    CMS Section Articles List

    Another thing I noticed:

For "CMS Section" - When I had the settings at "[section_id]-[section_title]/" my website did not work properly (I wasn't able to edit sections and sections weren't loading content). I had to change it to "section/[section_id]-[section_title]/" for it to work.
Also it seems that when I used the settings "[section_id]-[section_title]/" it was pulling content from vbcms_content_list but when I changed it to "section/[section_id]-[section_title]/" it was pulling content from a different section.

What am I missing here or is this just a bug?

You need to make sure your updated rewrite rules are not conflicting with any other rewrite rules.

Even if they were conflicting, why does this happen:
Also it seems that when I used the settings "[section_id]-[section_title]/" it was pulling content from vbcms_content_list but when I changed it to "section/[section_id]-[section_title]/" it was pulling content from a different section.

Do you have a forum, or any other section that follows

    ID-WORDS/ format?

if so, the system can't tell if its a forum, thread, or cms article, thus the section keyword is needed to direct it to the right script.
