I see one ? a black box with orange am / fm on it ?

btw, you should add index.php as homepage aliases in vbseocp

coming to think of it... i have a robots.txt in
Afterhours Radio - The Best in Trance & Progressive | AH.FM root directory... but its not showing anything when i go to
Afterhours Radio - The Best in Trance & Progressive | AH.FM

    this is the robots.txt www.ah.fm/robots.txt

does that mean the forum robots.txt is not active?

robots.txt ONLY works in root. There is no such thing as a sub-directory robots file. (sure, you can have one, but it won't do anything).

alises, there's a block for it in the vbseocp.php control panel.

    default it comes with

    index.php
    index.php?

check that you still have both those in there.

for the favicon, i do see the orange ah/fm graphic.

ico's are cached pretty hard by browsers.

go to the .ico in your browser directly, then shift+f5 to reload. should be good from there.
