Faster Board view with vBSEO

I was surfing at vb.org and found a mod that said it could make board view faster for vBSEO users only.

I tried and believe or not it does improve board view as it says.

I'm not an expert coder and may be someone here could talk a little more what its code exactly does. You know, pros and cons about it.

Be interesting to see what the official word is on this. Anything that speeds up page loads in a country that calls 0.25 mbt internet average, would be a great help.

my tests say, save power for the mysql but need more cpu-power for the apache

To be honest, it was a small difference.

I was trying to picture what exactly his code could impact in any performance and if really does if there's a way to improve it to make even more difference.
