About LinkBacksWith vbseo installed, in each thread, the Facebook Like button appears under the thread title. I want to also add a +1 button and twitter button but I don't know what's the vbseo template that needs modified

This is not a part of vbseo. You can edit the showthread template and add in the fb snippet where ever you want it to display.
