All pages on vBulletin are passing through vbseo.php however that doesn't means vBSEO is using all those resources.

Hey Kyle,
What Mert what trying to say is that this can be caused by any number of things, it may have just been you had a traffic spike or maybe you have another modification or really any number of other things.
It shows as vbseo.php simply because as Mert said every vB script goes through vbseo.
If you can supply more details than just this report, error logs traffic details etc from the same time of this message?
