I get the error in both IE and FF on the default template.

Silly question; have you tried re-uploading /includes/functions_forumlist.php?

also, what plugins do you have running. I've found eval errors are quite often plugin related (and by the looks of the line number looks like a 'forumbit_display' hook).

i have 3 plugins vbseo/vbseo sitemap, and vbseo style modifications.. once i disable the vbseo style product, error goes away...

yes i tried reuploading the file, re-importing the vbseo style product.

yep, but the vbseo style mod does it to all styles..

found out its this option causing the problem
    Code:
    Enable Forum Link Span Modification
This modification will prevent the 'Last Post', 'Threads' and 'Posts' columns from appearing for external linked forum/subforums links on FORUMHOME (As seen here: http://www.vbseo.com/#vbulletin-related-links)

Does it really? wow, I've totally been missing a trick then. I upgraded my template manually.

The product allows you to specify which styles should be affected.

i seriously can't believe you guys dont have a test forum to test these issues, i really hate giving you guys my information to let you run wild with my "freshly" installed forum, that has nothing on it except VBSEO stuff...

    Martyn,

Oleg is attempting to help troubleshoot a problem that *you* are experiencing on *your* forum. He needs access to do so.

He will not be "running wild" on your forum. He will be looking for the problem that is causing the issue you reported, and then he will attempt to fix it. We have no interest in your forum, other than ensuring that it is running bug free, at 100%, when vBSEO is installed.

Thousands of customers comply with our request and are very happy when we implement the fix.

Since our style is *not* officially supported (unlike vBSEO, which is the priority of our support team), our other option is to leave it up to you to solve the issue you are experiencing on your own.

Please give the team a proper chance to assist you.
