    Then PM Juan or Oleg, if it's really urgent them PM both of them (or even one of the other staff members).

    They are going to be launching a ticket system so it should be abit easier later on.

    You know you are starting to get big when the support issue complaints start showing up

    The ticket system should be a blessing for vbseo, although may still prefer the boards for most of my concerns.
