Duplicating Rewrite System Outside of Vbulletin

Hi,

I'm trying to match the rewrite rules on a list of "most recent threads" outside of vbulletin.

You can see list here: http://www.alsforums.com (half way down the page)

The list of threads (with links) are currently linked to the old style links such as: http://www.alsforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9361

Since installing vbSeo, the link should be to: http://www.alsforums.com/forum/gener...herapists.html

I'm pulling the above thread listings (along with the thread id) directly from the vbulletin database.

How do I properly parse the link from the above t=#### style to the new vbSEO style links?
