I have no idea, my server handles that and he asked about the permission. He did tell me this if it helps:

I set IUSR_MachineName

If you're running IIS for your web server on a Windows machine, vBSEO isn't going to work for you. There is currently an IIS version in BETA, but it hasn't been released yet.

Well - continuing our saga. Looks like Big Daddy hit us but we are now slowly regaining position. We're up to 9,800 pages in most DC's now.
