Drastic stat change with upgrade.

On Saturday I upgraded from 3.3.2 to the current version of VBSEO. The upgrade process seemed to run smoothly. Two days later my google analytic numbers are dramatically skewed. We went from 8900 on unique visitors on Friday to 256,000 unique on Sunday. Bounce rate from 0.6% to 97%. Our page views have remained consistent. We are not seeing this increase in our VBulletin stats, nor in our google adsense page presentations, nor in our server stats. I also upgraded the sitemap generator to current version. Our indexed page numbers have remained steady. The SE Bots activity report shows a dramatic drop in SE Bot traffic after the upgrade. What did I screw up?

Checking you site I can see that the google analytics's code is in your footer twice, maybe you added it manually as well as having vBSEO add it? You need to remove the duplicate as this is causing everything to be tracked twice.

Thanks for the reply. I only see it once. I removed the only occurrence I can see, so at this point I see no code in the footer. Do you still see it?

The numbers I am seeing are not merely a duplication. 8900 Uniques to 256,000 Uniques is an exponential jump, not a duplication.
