    usually a user will auto log out after few minute or after idle right? can i disable such that even the user is inactive, but still log on..

    By that I think you are wanting to increase how long their session is active for. That is in AdminCP->vBulletin Options->Cookies and HTTP Header Options->Session Timeout.
