Custom URL for Forums?

Hello,
Is there any way I can create custom URLs for forums?

For example, my forum title for forum id 5 is "This is the Title of the Forum" and I want to make the URL like this, "this-is-the-url.html"

How can I do that?

If I change Slugs, will that generate 404 pages for threads or it'll me 301 redirected?

Threads will 301 redirect automatically, but my belief is that forums won't. You can use a Custom Redirect to handle that though.
