Custom meta tags for specific threads?

vBSEO sets the meta description and keywords for each thread. This generally works well and I'm sure overall it's a benefit. However, some thread are more valuable than others, and I would really like to be able to override vBSEO's choice for the tags on specific important threads, and instead use my own optimized custom tags. Is this possible in any way?

So, I guess there's no way to do this? It would be really useful. The "auto" meta tags works OK most of the time, and I'm sure they overall do more good than harm, but there are cases when they are completely misleading. And since google still very often shows the description tag in the SERPs it can be a major problem for certain important threads and a real SEO problem that may keep away a lot of potential visitors, hence it would be great to be able to override the "auto-tags" and edit the tags on a thread to thread basis when needed.

Personally, this could mean a difference of maybe up to 100 or more visitors every day! (I have one particular case where that is probably a conservative estimate). Don't underestimate the importance of the text snippet shown on the SERPs. Pure ranking is not all - far from.
