cpanel and other q's

hello, if i move from a site with cpanel to a host without cpanel can vbseo and vbulletin still work. Also what do i have to install and how do i configure apache

vbseo doesn't require cpanel.
without a control panel software (cpanel, plesk, etc) you will have to do everything through SSH. If you aren't familiar with command-line linux, it's probably not a good idea to not have a control panel.
