Concerned that my forum is not being indexed

I've been watching my forum Google results closely as I have just restarted my forum after a long break. The individual forums themselves, the FAQ and all the useless stuff seems to index fine but my posts are not being indexed at all. I can't seem to work out why either.

I have vBSEO 3.3 installed and the latest version of the vBSEO Sitemap Generator which pings all the search engines successfully once a day. Yet, I still see no threads or posts popping up in Google.

I recently just added a robots.txt file to my site to try and cut down the crap that was getting indexed which is shown below:
    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /catalogsearch/
    Disallow: /rss/
    Disallow: /review/
    Disallow: /catalog/product_compare/
    Disallow: /forum/faq.php
    Disallow: /forum/memberlist.php
    Disallow: /forum/search.php
    Disallow: /forum/online.php
    Disallow: /forum/login.php
    Disallow: /forum/sendmessage.php
    Disallow: /forum/tags/
    Disallow: /forum/members/list/
    Disallow: /forum/calendar.php
but surely none of those should adversely effect the search engines indexing my site? I'm just trying to work it out really. Any help is appreciated .

Edit: Forum is Just Extreme Metal Forum

most of your topic forums seem to be indexed. and there's a few threads in there as well. Simply put, you need more content. 17 threads isn't going to get you anywhere. POST POST POST!

    Right-ho .

I was just worried as only a 2 or 3 of those threads have been touched by the search engines even though the search engines (well Google really) have indexed or updated pages after those threads were created.

Still I guess you are right, I need to get more stuff on the forum itself.
