You are getting a 301 because you need the trailing slash.

http://warrelics.eu/forum/ is your forum root, not http://warrelics.eu/forum
and yes, there is a significant difference.

the first is a folder
the second is a file with no extension.

vbseo 301's the file to the correct folder location.

All vb areas should have the slash added automatically.

You simply entered the url into the test tool without it, so you got the 301.
