chaning URL in post to domain names how?

Alright people when individuals paste or write down urls and they get post the full url is displayed. When i do that here it changes to the title of the page

for example

h t t p : / / w w w . e p o c - f i t n e s s . c o m / f o r u m s /
would be displayed just like above in my forum of course without the space but here it looks like this

How do i get it to rewrite urls on my forum like vbseo does here?
