Changing to Subdomain - Timing of Support Ticket

I'm planning on moving my forum to a subdomain either tonight or tomorrow. I know I need to submit a ticket request to change the domain on our vbseo license. But what's the best way to time submitting the ticket request with when I actually move our forum to the subdomain? I'd like the least amount of vbseo "down time" as possible.

We can always set up a test license for your current domain during the move so that both areas are 'ready'.
