You will need to alter the phrase for that particular term. However this is a general vBulletin query than vBSEO related.

Hi Michael,

welcome to vBSEO!

This phrase is added by vbulletin's code base and can not be simply changed by template edits or something like this.

This means that you can, as Ceri already said, change the phrase what will globally rename it and maybe mix some things up. On the other hand there is only the way to change vbulletin's core to get the best result.

But this isn't actually a vbseo issue.
