Change URL for my site to a new site

Hi i want to install vbseo on a new domain i have removed it from the old but insidemy account it still says the old domain how do i change that?

The protocol is described here: Transfer Policy: Buying or Selling a vBSEO License

(the same protocol applies to transfers to another domain of your own, or to a third party - simply open a Support Ticket. If the license is active and hasn't been transferred within the last 90 days, and the new domain meets with the EULA, we do the transfer. )

i havent bought it from someone else

I am still the original owner. I had it installed on a religion site, then removed it from there and so the religion url is in my account

but now i want to install it on another forum but am unable too.. i need to get this going as i have installed it just need to put in license and cant find license number in my account

yeah well i cant open a ticket for the VBSEO that i have paid for as its telling me i have to pay more money to get access to send in a question

this is extortion!

Without being able to change the url in my account, ive basically got a paperweight product that i paid for and cant use on any forum..

anyway ive gone ahead and paid for renewal

Hi Jono,

Not extortion - as I advised in my post, to transfer a license, a Support Ticket is required.

To submit a ticket, the license must be active.
