1. right now root domain cutimalaysia.my redirect to cutimalaysia.my/forum.php which is referring to my forum. So how way I can change it so that my url cutimalaysia.my show my vbulletin cms?

but once again, i use vbadvanced cms not vb publishing suite.

The above index.php has the content of the forum.php file, so that I'm supposing you renamed it to index.php. If you want to use vBadvanced CMPS as your main homepage, you should use the cmps_index.php file of vBadvanced CMPS renamed to index.php
