how do you change titles of your threads using vBSEO? I couldnt find that option. I would like it to be like "Thread title | Forum title", for example "Change page titles | General Discussion".

vbseo doesn't change your titles. You will need to edit your templates in the vb tempalte manager to do this, or use a Relevant Replacement.

Then maybe you know what are the tags for threads? By saying tags I mean those like $bbtitle.

It depends on the template being used. (showthread/forumdisplay/forumhome/etc). Check vbulltin.com manual for these.
