Change "Likes" to "Thanks"??

Is it possible to change the "Like" system to a "Thanks" system. Everything stays the same, but the text changes so a user is thanking someone's post instead of liking it.

The likes system is completely phrased. search for vbseo_ in the phrase manager

A product to import to do these change would be welcomed. I'm pretty sure I'd rather have it say Thanks as well but I certainly don't want to have to do it manually on every site, and every time a new version is released
