About LinkBacksNot sure if it's related to the 4.1.4 update or not but we are unable to merge threads. When we attempt to do so we get an error that the merge threads is expecting a t= etc.

No, don't even know what that is! Stock vB 4.1.4 with only vbSEO 3.6.0. I have that slimlinks (whatever it is) disabled, that's not required is it?

nginx is a web server (alternative to apache/etc).
It appears you are running on IIS. There may be a similar issue in 4.1.4 with IIS.
