I have sent emails and contact requests several times over the last 3 weeks via the forums contact feature. I emailed every staff member I could find in the forum list. I cannot submit trouble ticket because the forum software here does not think I am a registered VBSeo owner. Just now I called directly to VBSeo and left a message requesting help and now I'm attempting a forum post as well. I need to know what to do to gain access to the VBSeo download area?
I am a registered user of VBSeo and purchased the product on 3/26/06. If there have been some changes made and I need to update or upgrade something please advise. I just find it odd I get all the VBSeo propaganda email but I can't receive one helpful email about my customer access.
