Caching issue with the new vb 4 CMS

Since we have installed the new CMS of vB some comments or articles won't show up unless you clear the cms cache from the admincp. This starts to become very annoying at vb.com it seems that nobody can reproduce this issue, or give the slightest form of support.

    Maybe its related to vbseo?

In google webmaster tools -> HTML suggestions -> dublicate meta descriptions i see a whole list of all my posted CMS news items, an example:

Now i am completely a-technical (handy huh) so i have no clue what this means. Is it related to my first problem?

Any help is as always muchos appreciated

Great then ill start bugging vb.com again. I thought it might be vbseo related as i noticed this in the caching options of the vbcp:

    Define Cache Prefix

If you have multiple vBSEO instances running on your server, you need to define a unique cache prefix for each instance.

I have 3 forums running (with vbseo) on one dedicated server.

If you have multiple vBSEO instances running on same server and you want to cache vBSEO settings , you should define a different cache prefix for your each site.
