vbseo installs pre-configured. Anything else is optional and doesn't necessarily need to be changed. Each setting has it's own 'blurb' below it describing what it does. If you're not sure, search for it or post a thread about it.

Brian, I understand you installed vbseo for me. Do you think I'm good with the pre-configured or is there anything else you'd recommend I do?

I would leave everything as-is, and only make a change if you feel you NEED to, to add something in, etc.

I wonder if anyone can show me what settings exactly in vBSEO 3.6.0., by way of screenshots, are most effective, in pulling more search engine traffic?
