Best upgrade method from VB 3.8 to 4.01 with VBSEO?

If I have over looked it please let me know but what is the recomended upgrade path without breaking any links to go from VB 3.8.* to 4.01 with the latest VBSEO 3.5. Currently running VBSEO 3.3.0.

You will disable all your plugins, upgrade your vBulletin, then update your vBSEO. Please note that our vBSEO 3.5 is still in the RC stage and comes with limited support.

And this will not have an impact on existing URLs? Im fine with waiting for the final version just in early testing and planning.

vb4 introduces some new links, but in general you can keep all your forum urls the same as they are on vb3.

rc2 is pretty sable.
4.0.1 still has some bugs.... 4.0.2 is due out soon.
