Archive Links to normal links

Is there anyway to display the normal forum links on the footer instead of archive links. Because i heard that having duplicate pages with the same content like a original page and a archive page, will decreases the value of the content.

Theres an option in VBseo to 301 them. (re-direct them). Which is already the default option when you install. This way the search engines only see one page and no duplicates.
