    Acronym expansion should be applied on all pages powered by vBulletin engine (similar to URL rewrites - if you see vBSEO copyright in footer then page is processed).

    humm... I'm not seeing this although the pages I'm looking at are using the vb engine. For example, anything that is an acronym on this page should be underlined:
    Apple iPhone 3G Black - 16GB - Phone Database - Cell Phone Forums

    What are your acronyms defined in vBSEO CP? Don't you have "Apply Acronym Expansion to "Content Areas" only" option enabled?

    Okay, I set "Apply Acronym Expansion to "Content Areas" only?" to no - still nothing on the phone details pages. Just about every wireless related acronym is defined.

    Here's an example:

    looks like its working to me. the words 3G in the first line have the acronym tags.

    Don't you have VBSEO_ACRONYM_PAGELIMIT option changed in config_vbseo.php file to limit maximum number of replacements per page? (default is 0 - unlimited)

    it is set to default
