Anybody home?

I'm having the most difficult time getting anyone from vbseo to get back with me.

I can't live chat, always offline. I call the 888 number during normal business hours, and it always says the office is close.

I sent someone who seemed responsive a Private Message. No help, anywhere.

I bought the full vbseo yesterday on accident, realizing I could have just upgraded. Can somebody please help me?

I even sent an email to sales@crawlability.com about this.
